KAJIAN KEBUTUHAN LAYANAN HOME CARE PADA PASIEN POST HOSPITAL STROKE

Abstrak
Stroke merupakan defisit neurologis yang dikaitkan dengan adanya cedera fokal akut dari sistem saraf pusat (SSP) dan merupakan penyebab utama kecacatan dan kematian di seluruh dunia. Dampak yang ditimbulkan stroke adalah terjadi kelumpuhan anggota gerak atas maupun bawah, gangguan penglihatan, sulit bicara dan sulit menelan, dan dampak psikologis yang bisa terjadi adalah frustasi dan mudah tersinggung yang membutuhkan perawatan lanjutan pasca perawatan post hospital. Perawatan post hospital dapat berupa pelayanan baik medis maupun perawatan secara umum dalam bentuk home care untuk pemulihan dan mempertahankan kesehatan .pasien stroke .Desain penelitian menggunakan deskripstif kuantitatif , teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang digunakan 30 responden. Analisis data menggunakan prosentase distrbusi frekuensi. Kebutuhan layanan home care pada pasien post hospital stroke yang dibutuhkan yaitu pemeriksaan medis secara umum, pemeriksaan cek tekanan darah rutin, layanan laboratorium sederhana cek asam urat, gula darah dan cholesterol, penyuluhan tentang diet makanan stroke, fisioterapi pasca serangan stroke, senam stroke sesuai kondisi pasien dirumah, layanan konsul ke dokter spesialis, layanan pijat relaksasi dan layanan penguatan spiritual. Pasien post hospital stroke membutuhkan layanan lanjutan home care stroke baik layanan medis oleh dokter maupun layanan perawatan.
